Greg is currently Managing Director at Hudson Advisors, overseeing all multifamily investments in the UK.

Jason Sundram

A veteran of both startup and big tech companies, Jason brings a user-focused lens to building audacious AI-driven products at scale. He has demonstrated technical expertise across a staggering variety of domains, from laser light scattering, to advanced Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, and Audio understanding. After creating products and technologies at companies acquired by PayPal and Spotify, he spent the past decade+ building high-performing teams delivering AI products at Facebook and Amazon.

Sara Shank

Ms. Shank is based in Boston and has 25 years of real estate experience across multiple asset types, geographies, and roles. She is currently the Founder and CEO of Seventh Street Capital, a Scattered Site Student Housing real estate company buying assets across the US in its first proof of concept fund. Previously, she was the Global Head of Innovation for PGIM Real Estate, overseeing all aspects of innovation, data, and technology at the third largest real estate company in the world. She also served as a Managing Director at Beacon Capital Partners, heading Portfolio Management on a national basis and working on several billion dollars of acquisitions and dispositions. In this role, she oversaw Analyst/Associate/Vice Presidents in Acquisitions. Ms. Shank holds a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia, an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and the CFA designation.

Dharmesh brings 18 years of experience as a seasoned technology leader in the PropTech industry, having served as CIO and SVP of Engineering at Entrata, as well as VP of Integrations at RealPage. His deep understanding of the technology needs of Multifamily Owners and Operators stems from close collaborations with NMHC Top 50 companies such as Greystar, Lincoln, Fairfield, Mill Creek, Waterton, AIR Communities, among others. With over 200 solutions developed throughout his career, Dharmesh has extensive expertise in integrations, including leading the creation of Entrata's API platform.
